I didn’t always know where my life would take me when I started my career as a mortgage lender. Since then my path has taken many surprising turns—first into production, and then on to leadership—all the while bringing me lessons on resilience, success, growth, and leadership. 

Today, I am a CMA, Lending Manager at Rate and am responsible for the growth our group within my industry. I also speak organizationally on how to find your competitive edge and unlock the power that ignites your success by design.

My vision is to use the lessons I’ve learned to empower others to in turn create more leaders by supporting their team members and challenging them to uncage their minds.  My goal is to facilitate a mindset to the possibilities of a life and business by design to make an IMPACT your way.  I’m here to serve YOU.
